Rancho Murieta 2024. New concrete stairs up to the pool, then up to the patio.
Rancho Murieta 2024. From the finish to the start. New tile, French Grey plaster, and new white LED pool and spa lights.
Elk Grove 2024. New tile, Microfusion mini pebble with abalone plaster, automatic pool filler, skimmer, and concrete poured to match the existing pool deck.
Davis 2024. Pictures from finished product, to the start of the project. Demo out old cracked driveway, haul away for recycling, reset grade with gravel base for stability, installation of rebar, and poured and finished with a lite broom.
Folsom, 2024. Poured stamped and colored deck and steps back to match. House had settled a few inches, a specialty contractor lifted the house back up, secured the foundation. We finished up the job.
Roseville, 2024. New Laguna Microfusion plaster with abalone, cleaned the tile, installed new variable speed pump with a new filter, and a white LED pool light.
South Land Park. Patio, steps, stairs and driveway. Demo, grade, pour and finish.
Granite Bay. Fresh pool deck today. The color is pewter. Light broom finish.
Roseville. New automatic pool filler, new color change LED pool light, expanded the cabo shelf to fit 2 chairs (inc. 2 umbrella holders).
Folsom. Community pool. Pull up and reset pool coping. Grout joints.
Greenhaven Pocket. Plumbing, light, pavers, turtles, plaster.
Here’s a little Before & After of the amazing work my very very very long time friend @glenvoyles did at one of the properties I manage. The entire project from reaching out for an estimate through completion only took 3 weeks. He kept me up to date on everything and I actually never had to be the one to reach out first They took out the old plaster and tile, demo’d the old spa and turned it into a Cabo Shelf and replaced the old slide with this awesome new turbo twister one. He’s also our new pool service vendor as well I highly recommend his company for all of your pool related needs…

East Sacramento. Demo everything, update electrical to code, set grade for proper drainage, installed channel drains, reset original coping, installed modern plumbing for pool, installed new LED pool light, installed new timer box, a pour new dark grey stamped concrete pool deck and stairs.
Placerville. Inside the house pool remodel, cabo shelf, deep end swim out, equipment pad relocation from basement to back of house. Tile, coping, plaster, waterfall, all new equipment with heat pump.
Citrus Hieghts. New plumbing, new equipment, new skimmer, fresh Tahoe Blue plaster.
Folsom. New construction pool, custom cut waterline tile, custom cut water feature tile with sheer decent, regular style coping with broom finish, pool deck with broom finish, equipment pad with broom finish, and small stamped area to match driveway in front yard.
Folsom. New build. Tile, scuppers, accent wall tile, concrete pool deck, sunken sitting area, steps, pool equipment set, and wi-fi controls.
Arden. Pool deck, rat slabs for brick work, patio, walkway, troweled in light grey hardner for even finish, and 8 - 4 x 4 x 16 foot posts for hanging light strings.
We battled leaves all day with 3 leaf blowers. We won.
Folsom. Built rounded water feature with sitting bench on top, tiled pool and water feature, poured 14 inch dark grey cantilevered edge band around pool, installed new white LED light, and automatic pool filler. Black Diamond Landscape is coming in next to do pavers and retaining walls.

Land Park. Removed old green plaster, repaired bricks, built new spillway from spa, formed and poured new cabo shelf with umbrella holder, new color change LED pool and spa lights, new tile, pressure washed brick and concrete around pool, replaced pool / spa control system, removed electrical panels from spa area wall, installed Screen Logic for Wifi connectivity, replaster in Tahoe Blue Mini Pebble.
East Sacramento. Pool and spa tile.
Rancho Cordova. New tile and grout, and sealed up returns and skimmer due to leaks. Pool was leaking and old tiles falling off.
East Sacramento, new equipment, new LED pool light, huge cabo shelf, deep end swim outs, new electrical, new concrete, new diving board, new tile, and Pebble Tech finish.
Orangevale. New tile, plaster, LED color change pool and spa lights, re - caulked expansion joint, installation of heat pump, and 41 custom tile mosaics.
Granite Bay. Spa was loosing water daily. Leak detection found water under concrete. Found broken spa jet in the wall. Shows demo and repair.
Sacramento. Handrail installation. With the right equipment, it looks like its always been there.
Folsom.
Eldorado Hills. Tile, stainless spill, new cabo shelf, Sand Color Mini Pebble Tech, skimmers, automatic filler, and custom glass tile mosaics on raised wall.
Black Diamond Pavers is coming in next for the entire pool deck, yard, and driveway.
Cameron Park. New front porch with steps to code, new side porch for the slider with steps to code, demoed pool deck due to broken plumbing from tree roots, installed new plumbing, repoured pool deck and equipment pad.
Folsom. New tile, French Grey plaster, and LED color change pool and spa lights.
Granite Bay. New pool tile, New LED color change light, renovation on the water feature (3 spills, stack stone, cordoba cream travertine caps). Plaster next week.
East Sacramento, new Tahoe Blue plaster, new LED pool light, cleaned and polished tile, installation of new filter cartridges, and performed chemical start up.
Gold River. New equipment, retaining wall, 3 sheer decents, tile cleaning, tile repair, accent tiles on steps, white plaster, new Pentair Inteli Bright LED pool / spa lights, and some landscaping.
Pocket Area, new plaster, new tile with accent tiles, buggy eyed sparkle fish, high pressure automatic poolsweep line added to far wall, new skimmer installed with concrete poured to match existing pool deck.
Gold River. Demo old retaining wall and scuppers, build new block wall with 5 pillars, the 3 in the middle have sheer decents (water features) in them.
Shingle Springs. New tile, Pebble Tech plaster (heavy glass and abalone for maximum bling), new equipment set, new LED pool light.
We also trucked in city water to avoid pressure on the well.
California Ave. French Grey Mini Pebble plaster, new tile, new heater, updated valves, spa blower, leaks repaired, and entire backyard pressure washed.
